He is survived by: his wife Teri; his children, David, Daniel (Mia), Sarah (Kala), Mark (Mayra), Matthew (Gisselle), Joshua (Michael) and Aaron (Brandi); his grandchildren, Sakura, Reign, ManoRose, Lareina, Pearl, Kaumualii and Lokana; and his siblings, Victor (Marlene), Gerald, Stephanie (Earl), Roberta (Greg), Julian (Bob) and Marvelyn (Mike).
