He is survived by: his wife Leona Mailau; his mother Ana Fakavai; his children, Viliami Mailau (Chelsea) and Sani Pousini; and his siblings, Fenuki Fakavai (Jeanette), Nasinu Fakavai, Siakumi Fakavai, Hemani Fakavai, Sasa Fakavai, Sani Fakavai, Meleana Fakavai and Adriana Hussey (Poimana). He is also survived by Many nephews, nieces and friends.
