He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hapakuka (Kalili Hapakuka Sr.) and Kalili Hapakuka; and his brother James Hapakuka Jr. (Rosebelle). He is survived by: his sons, Makana Hapakuka (Lani) and Kamalei Hapakuka; his former wife Alicia Hapakuka (Valdez); his granddaughters, Pu'ukani, Kanoelani and Halia Hapakuka; and his siblings, Leinaala Moore (late Lenard), Kali Hapakuka, Kani Hapakuka and Arther Hapakuka (Powell). He is also survived by numerous Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Ballard Family Mortuary (440 Ala Makani St, Kahului, HI 96732). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
