She is survived by: her parents, Robert Douglas (Bob) and Dinah Douglas of Kula; her children, Alicia Douglas, Tiare Wallace, Treyden Wallace and Nainoa Cadle; her siblings, Audrey Noelani Douglas, Keith Douglas, Dayne Carvalho and Michael Douglas (Kehu); her nieces and nephews, Ikaika Rodriques, Jax Douglas, Maitea, Mya, Lehia and Rea Douglas; and also, Robert (Bob) and Dinah Douglas. She is also survived by extended family, friends and her co-workers.
