He is survived by: his spouse Teresa Cotten; his daughters, Sierra Cotten of Maui, Miranda Cotten (Jake) of Maui, Lindsey Boyd (Brad) of Maui and Kimberly Cotten of Maui; his parents, Donna Bowen and Dale Cotten; his stepmother Rayma Cotten of Delta, Colorado; his siblings, Deb Cotten (Jeff Marasovich) of Sykesville, Maryland, Doug Cotten (Charity) of Delta and Dusty Cotten (Karissa) of Olathe, Colorado; and his grandchildren, Alexia and Kameron.
