He is survived by: his wife Sharen Bangay of Kealakekua; his children, Tara Fournier (Greg) of Las Vegas, NV and Kenneth Kapono Bangay (Trisha) of Colorado Springs, CO; and his siblings, Randall Bangay (Yvonne) of Honolulu and Corinne Whitten (John) of Kaneohe, Oahu. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; several aunts and uncles; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
