He is survived by: his children, Michael Akiona (Shorene) of Ocean View, Russell Akiona (Deborah) of Ocean View, Terry Akiona of Farmersville, CA., Redona Gilbert of Missouri and Teresa Gonzales (Danny) of Farmersville, CA.. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
