He is survived by: his wife Veronica Dameg of Keaau; his sons, Nelson Dameg, Roland Dameg of Keaau and Randy Dameg (Kaulana) of Ola'a; and his stepsiblings, Edward Martinez (Maggie) of Pahala, Dolores Oliveira (Chucky) of Hilo and Loretta Naboa of Miloli'i. He is also survived by two grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
