He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Debra Heanu of South Carolina; his children, Kenji Heanu (Valerie) of Texas, David Heanu of Ocean View, HI and Frances Heanu (Michael Mendoza) of Ocean View, HI; and his siblings, Albert Heanu (Kathy) of Waipahu, HI, Richard Heanu of Honolulu, HI and Eleanor Vaughn (Dan) of Hilo, HI. He was also cherished by nine grandchildren, four great grandchildren; cousins, nieces & nephews.
