He is survived by: his wife Lovely Fernandez of Orchidland, Keaau; his children, Eddie Fernandez, Jr. of Keaau, Krystalyn Fernandez (Bryson), Rochelle Guerrero (Earvin), Juslynne Fernandez (Aaron), Chantelle Fernandez, Jhoanne Fernandez and Danielle Fernandez of Philippines; his father Celestino B. Fernandez of Pahoa; and his siblings, Janeth G. Fernandez of Pahoa, Errol Fernandez (Joise), Marlon Fernandez (Gemma) of Orchidland and Numerous. He is also survived by Numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
