He is survived by: his wife Jana Ortiz-Misiaszek; his children, Cole Misiaszek (Jaesha), Mia Anuhea Misiaszek and Zoey Misiaszek; his parents, Joseph Misiaszek and Kitty Misiaszek; his brother Joseph Misiaszek (Kanda); his parents-in-law, Leo and Alesta Ortiz; his brother-in-law Brent Ortiz; and his granddaughter Aeva Misiaszek. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
