He is survived by: his parents, Lawerence Rhoads and Natividad Labang; his wife Jeanette "Jan" Rhoads; his children, Arthur San Agustin (Noreen), Jay San Agustin (Lulene Concepcion), Phillip Rhoads (Kimberly), Tamatha San Agustin and Olynne Dacanay (Hayato); and his siblings, Lawerence Rhoads (Wanda), Lavern Hughes and Lynette Ayat (John). He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren and 2 Great grandchildren.
