He is survived by: his wife Francine Iwalani Kawahakui; and his children, Blossom Nakoa, Kaalakealoha Kawahakui, Breezy Kawahakui, Kananiloaanuenue Ponciano and Kainalu Dillon. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
