She was predeceased by: her parents, Marie Horio and Marvin Horio; her sister Elizabeth (Geroge Lewi III); and her granddaughter Kelci Shigeta. She is survived by: her husband Cliford Nakaoka, Sr.; her children, Cliford Nakaoka, Jr. (Jodi Ann), Todd Nakaoka and Kelli Shigeta (Todd); and her grandchildren, Alyssa Nakaoka, Chelsea Nakaoka and Brandon Nakaoka.
