He is survived by: his wife Nanea Kuaiwa; his children, Kaui (Keali'i), Kamea (Sarah), Keliko (Kamakaila) and Kealohi (Jake); his mother Elissa Wisenberg; and his brother Kalei Kuaiwa. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
