It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Tetsuo Kishimoto of Kaneohe, Hawaii, who passed away on March 17, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Douglas Tetsuo may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Douglas Tetsuo touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Kazuo Kishimoto and Chiyeko Kishimoto. He is survived by: his siblings, Iris Kishimoto, Joylyne Lunsford, Amy Aguil, Karen Isono and Ray Kishimoto.
