He was predeceased by: his parents, Thesphilo Chester Pacatan and Felisa Sandobal of Aiea; and his wife Theresa "Terry" Shizuko McClellan Pacatan. He is survived by: his siblings, Gary Pacatan, Sherrie Pacatan Gentry and Les Pacatan; his nephew Leo Pacatan (Agnes); and his great-nephews, Chance and Caden.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 8:30 AM. A burial will be held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery (45349 Kamehameha Hwy, Kaneohe, HI 96744). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at the Ballard Family Moanalua Mortuary (1150 Kikowaena St, Honolulu, HI 96819).
