She is survived by: her parents, Wah Quon Lock and Jessie Chang; her husband Roy Urata; her children, Darren Urata, Terrence Urata and Jason Urata; her sisters, Philia Lau, Gaylynne Sakuda, Ranceford Lock and Berton Lock; and her grandchildren, Roy Urata, Nicole Urata and Tracy Urata.
