He is survived by: his wife Carol Zakahi of Kailua-Kona; and his children, Blayne Zakahi (Jenny) of Mililani, David Sasaki (Kris) of Conifer, CO, Lance Sasaki (Ayako) of Holualoa, Shari Zakahi of Honolulu, Lorna Fuhrer (Michael) of Waimea and Sherry Sasaki of Holualoa. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 1 great grandson; numerous cousins.
