She was predeceased by: her husband Norman Frostad; her parents, Ben Johnson and Margaret Johnson; her brothers, Tony, Steve, Pete and Kip Johnson; and her son Gregory Frostad.

She is survived by: her daughter Brandi Murphy; her son-in-law Mark Murphy; her children, Monika Scott and Erik Frostad; her daughter-in-law Marylou Rivera; her grandchildren, Jessica Greiner, Jennifer Martinez, Lauren Ripkin, Sarah Cameron and Chelsi Scott; and her sisters, Jenifer Hunter and Vanessa Kaleikini. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.

Sheila was instrumental in establishing a local chapter of the Make a Wish Foundation, and became the sole volunteer on the island for many years to come.
