He is survived by: his children, Chucky Balucan (Angeline) of Hilo, Shannon Balucan of Waimea, Jonelle Balucan (Desmond) of Kailua-Kona and Shawn Kahoalii (Jamie) of Hilo, Hawaii; and his siblings, Nario Libron of Kohala, Patricia Segovia of Waimea, Dennis Balucan (Audrey) of Kona and Felicia Gragas of Hilo, Hawaii. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Hawaii Island Community Health Center (74-5214 Keanalehu Dr, Kailua-Kona, HI 96740).
