He is survived by: his wife Barbara Bolton; and his children, Rory Bolton (Cheryl) of Kailua-Kona, Ronald Bolton (Rose) of Kailua-Kona, Daniel Bolton (Janet) of Kailua-Kona and Paula Neston (Tom) of Burbank, CA.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
