He is survived by: his parents, Ronald Kobayashi of Keaau and Shirley Kobayashi of Keaau; his sister Ronna Pereira (Ron) of Keaau; his significant other Maria Dela Cruz of Waimea; and his sons, Joshua Pono Kobayashi (Sara) of Waikoloa and Aaron Keaka Kobayashi of Honolulu. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
