He is survived by: his wife Tracey Cosma-Carvalho of Kailua-Kona; his children, Jayme Carvalho (Clarissa) of Ookala, Justyn Carvalho (Shelley) of Paauilo, Kapanaia Carvalho (Ailani Anderson) of Waimea, Isaac Carvalho of Kailua-Kona, Alana Carvalho (Namakana) of Waimea, Phoebe Carvalho (Lucas Barte) of Las Vegas, Nevada and Kaila Lucas of Kailua-Kona; his siblings, Anthony Carvalho (Jackie) of Waimea, Jeannine Mattos of Kohala, Mapuana Carvalho of Waimea and Leina Carvalho (Carter) of Waimea; and his sister-in-law Karen Carvalho of Sacramento, CA. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; aunties and uncle; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
