He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Costa and Clarence Montalvo, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Kennison; his siblings, Clarence L. Montalvo, Jr. (Charlene), Glenn Louis Montalvo, Norma Jean Fernandez and Laura Mae DeMattos (Bobby); his children, Wilmanette Oskins II (Melvin), Feline Kinnerson (Keith), Lita Catiel (Shayne), Rhovelyn Yadao, Roland Iniba and Braydon Seki; his grandchildren, Justice Kennison-Kealohapauole, Bailey Oskins, Rhyden-Noble Kauhane-Iniba, Gavin Sarme (Leah), Cheyenne Sarme, Cierra Sarme and Tiana Sarme; and his great grandchildren, Dreyson Kealohapauole-Andres, Isiah Sarme, Caleb Sarme, Izak Sarme and Lily Sarme. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
