He was predeceased by: his close friend Helen Bush; and his parents, James Holokai Sr. and Victoria Kakalia Lee Holokai. He is survived by: his close friend Alice Fox; his siblings, Leinaala Holokai and Larry Holokai (Anna); his stepsister Alma Ryan of Oahu; his sisters, Charlotte "Tita" Kanaele, Cherylynn "Pepe" Nagata and Luana "Honey Girl" Tianio; his stepsiblings, James "Sonnie" Holokai Jr., Joseph "Small Joe" Holokai Jr., Murphy Tau, Mabel Grace Holokai and Evangeline Evalani "Eva" Holokai; his friends, Hillstorm, Sheri Tomlinson and Melinda Clarke; and also Leighton (Chad Farmer). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
