He is survived by: his wife Frances Silva; his children, Mark Silva, Jeffrey Silva (Tanya), Jonathan Silva (Laura), Margie Santos (Mike), Roberta Silva and Debra McKay; and his grandchildren, Marissa, Mindy, Bryceen, Nainoa, Sion and Jaxon.
Due to COVID19, wearing of masks and practicing social distancing is required.
