With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lillian Asako Chun of Kahului, Hawaii, born in Puunene, Hawaii, who passed away on October 23, 2024 at the age of 87. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lillian Asako Chun to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Herman Chun; her parents, Wayne Uchimura and Irene Uchimura; and her siblings, Dorothy Makimoto, Nancy Kam, Paul Uchimura and Thelma Ebisu.

She is survived by: her children, Grant Chun (Joyce), Geary Chun (Eileen) and Geri Kimoto (Jon); her siblings, Walter Uchimura, Irene Cambra and Susan Asai; and her grandchildren, Alex Chun (Erin), Katherine Chun, Julia Kimoto, Matthew Chun, Camille Kimoto, Lindsey Kimoto and Mari Chun. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Kahului Union Church (101 W Kamehameha Ave, Kahului, HI 96732). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
