He is survived by: his wife Anna Holokai; and his children, Kim Cutler of Las Vegas, Anson and Clyde Holokai.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ballard Family Mortuary (440 Ala Makani St, Kahului, HI 96732). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
