He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Lolita Boregas; his children, Cecilio Boregas (Mina), Cesar Boregas (Leticia), Fe Olayvar (Mauricio), Khonnie Villanueva (Victoriano) and Cel Picardal (Melvin); and his sister Norma Onate.
