He is survived by: his parents, Cheryl Fernandez and Jon Thuro; his brother Emery Fernandez; his uncles, Michael Fernandez, Jr. and Leslie Fernandez (Linda); his aunt Crystal Souza (Kevin); his cousins, Michael Fernandez III, Danielle Frampton (Cameron), Nichol Veincent (Dana), Chelsea Johnson (Mark), Harley Souza, Ryder Souza, Troy Fernandez, Katrina Fernandez and Hayley Fernandez; and his godson Swayde Allen Fernandez.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Kanaha State Park.
