He is survived by: his children, Chaden Shimaoka-Bello of Pepeekeo, HI, Chad "CJ" Shimaoka, Jr. of Keaau, HI and Rylee Shimaoka of Honomu, HI; his parents, Roland Shimaoka and Pingo Shimaoka of Honomu, HI; and his siblings, Roland "Junah" Shimaoka, III (Missy) of Pepeekeo, HI and Ronette Shimaoka of Hilo, HI. He is also survived by one grandson, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
