He was predeceased by: his daughter Consuelo B. Yanos; and his siblings, Eusebia S. Ramiscal, Andres Baniaga and Albert Baniaga. He is survived by: his wife Lucina Baniaga; his children, Rebecca V. Baniaga, Filomeno V. Baniaga (Remedios), Lydia V. Baniaga and Felix V. Baniaga (Jovita); his sisters, Anastacia B. Cadiente, Lourdes S. Baniaga and Josefina B. Tonac; and his son-in-law Cirilo Yanos.
