We are sad to announce that on December 13, 2024, at the age of 91, Robert A. Baptiste of Honolulu, Hawaii, born in Paia, Hawaii passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the echoes of fond remembrance, may a sense of peace be found, knowing that the memories held dear will continue to shape and inspire his loved ones, keeping Robert's spirit alive in the hearts and actions of family and friends alike. While his presence may be gone, his impact lives on in the kindness shown to others and the joy found in the ordinary moments of life.
He is survived by: his wife Chua; his children, Robert Jr., Warren, Kevin, Brenda Kaapana and Rovena Varde; and his sister Amy Levi (Peggy McCalmant) of Arizona.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Valley of the Temples Trousdale Chapel (47-200 Kahekili Hwy, Kaneohe, HI 96744). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery (45-349 Kamehameha Hwy, Kaneohe, HI 96744).
