He is survived by: his wife Kathy Kam; his children, Emalani and Joshua (Vanessa); his mother Tylene Dunbar; and his sister Kathleen Sposato. He is also survived by many aunties, uncles, cousins, nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made to the Hawaiian Historic Society or the Mission Houses Historic Site and Archives.
