Salisbury and Leland Thrash; her husband Martin Joseph Gustafson, Jr.; her brother-in-law Rembert Salisbury; her niece Courtney Salisbury (Howie); her nephews, Connor Salisbury (Tracy), Chad Salisbury (Samantha), Carey Salisbury (Tonya), Shawn Thrash (Lee) and Shane Thrash (Suzanna); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Dillon (Breanna), Zane, Emily, Noah, Katie, Mason, Redick, Alex, Kate, Hailey, Alexis and Isabella.
