She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Eugene Gilmore and Frances Rowina Holeman; her son Joeseph Howard Blackwell Jr.; and her grandson Joel. She is survived by: her children, Joleen Tinsley and Joel Blackwell; and her grandchildren, Rachel Gordon, Frances Morse, Jackie Blackwell, Miles Blackwell, Ian Blake and Nicholas Blackwell.
