He is survived by: his former wife Ruth Imogene Couch; his children, Debbie, Ernie Fanning of Coalgate, OK, Theresa Forneris of Coalgate, OK, Frank Jr. and Jeannie Forneris of Ada, OK.; his grandchildren, Roland, Beverly Fanning of Clarksville, TN, Krystal, David Street of Coalgate, OK, Amber Fanning of Coalgate, OK, Kacey, Shaun Sijer, Kassidy Beck (Travis Bourland) of Coalgate, OK, Nolan, Macee Fanning of Clarksville, TN and Alysanne Kate Forneris of Oklahoma City, OK.; his great grandchildren, Emery, Eastyn Fanning of Clarksville, TN, Kessler Fanning of Clarksville, TN, Christian Magers, Landon Street of Coalgate, OK, Braislin, Draxton Ely of Coalgate, OK, Kadence and Kensley George of Coalgate, OK.; his brothers, John Ray Forneris of Prague, OK and Benny Forneris of Orange Grove, TX; his grandson Clint Mowdy; and his sister Paula Ennis.
