She is survived by: her husband Leonard; her siblings, Gabriel, Kenneth, Donald, Katherine, Aileen, Lillian and Gwen Chock; her sister-in-law Connie Paresa; her nieces and nephews, Lenette (Steven), Leonard'Lon' (Marie) and Dr. Kenith (Shannon); her grandchildren, Matthew, Leonard'Trey' (Alexis) of Evan, AJ, Makoa (Madison), Kai and Malia; and her great grandchild Kanoe Paresa.
