He was predeceased by: his parents, James Sakamoto and Peggy Sakamoto (Keiko Sakamoto). He is survived by: his former spouse Keiko Sakamoto; his wife Maryann Sakamoto; his children, Arthur Sakamoto, Jenny Hasegawa (Jason), Lynn Higa (Leighton) and Joy Hozaki (Brian); his stepchildren, Chris Lung and AnnMarie Lung; his brothers, Jerry Sakamoto (Rosie), Howard Sakamoto (late Molly) and FamilyHe; and also Wally. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
