He is survived by: his children, Lisa Gomes (Kainoa), Ivan Gomes (Robynn), Lionel Gomes, Jr., Lee Herbert Gomes (Jennie), Edward Herbert Nacua and Jonah Gomes; his stepchildren, Michael Balbarino and Kimberley Balbarino; his siblings, Mark Gomes (Gina), Anita Chang, Maryann Marion (Greg), Sharon Cordeiro and Virginia Baker (Omar); and his stepsiblings, Ronnie Baptiste and Carol Miller. He is also survived by 29 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; 1 uncle; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
