He is survived by: his parents, Mildred of Kailua Kona and Albert of Kailua Kona; his children, Kapono David (Lisa) of Las Vegas and Shelley David of Coffee Villas; and his siblings, Michael David (Lani) of Kailua Kona, Brenda David-Torricer (Robert) of Kailua Kona, Stella Rasay (Rudy) of Kailua Kona, Pauline Evans (Richard) of South Carolina, Jeff Torres (Toni) of Kailua Kona, Gwen Earll (Ira) of Honolulu and Pauahi Ling (Scot) of Kailua Kona.
