He is survived by: his wife Gayle Hatada of Hilo; his sons, Randy Hatada (Teri Jaye) of Las Vegas and Aaron Hatada (Piikea Boyd) of Hilo; his siblings, Frances Sadayasu (Glenn) of Hilo and Maurice Hatada of Honolulu; and his grandchildren, Linken Hatada and Caleb Hatada. He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, nephews, and nieces.
