She is survived by: her children, Daniel Taira (Judy) of Fountain Valley, Calif, Robert Taira (Dee) of Hilo and Eva Young (Eugene) of Hilo; her siblings, Kimie Teruya (Ken) of Wailuku, Maui and Hiromu Yogi (Alice) of Honolulu; her sisters-in-law, Dina Yogi of Brea, Calif and Setsuko Yogi of Waipahu, Oahu; and her grandchildren, Brett Taira, Kimi Taira, Emily Young and Kai Taira. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
