He is survived by: his children, Kellsie Ballesteros of Keeau and Joey Fernando of Kamuela; his mother Jeannette Ballesteros of Hilo; and his siblings, Rachel Velez (Rick) of Ocean View, Annette Graciidis (Sonia) of Kona, Tina DeMello (Ladd) of Glenwood, Amando Alameida (Robbinette) of Ocean View and Edward Kawamoto (Emily) of Kamuela. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
