He is survived by: his wife Pauline Fukunaga of Hilo; his children, Ryan Fukunaga (Meghan Silva) of Hilo, Qaz Fukunaga of Hilo and Tracee Fukunaga (Kenny Xu) of California; and his siblings, Chester Fukunaga (Adela) of Pahala and Amy Johnson of Kansas City. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.
