She is survived by: her husband Raymond Kaya of Hilo; her daughters, Nancy Miyasato (Jeff) of Kaneohe, Joanne Okino (Evan) of Honolulu, Kathy Tsugawa (Loren) of Hilo and Cindy Wong (John) of Honolulu; and her siblings, Hirokazu Ishigo (Hiroko) of Fukuoka, Japan and Tsugiko Otsubo (Shuji) of Fukuoka, Japan. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.
