He is survived by: his wife Ichiko Okada of Hilo; his sons, Glenn Okada (Gail) of Hilo, David Okada (Tracy Kazunaga) of Honolulu and Craig Okada (Lark) of Hilo; his brother Donald Okada (Shirley) of California; and his sister-in-law Ethel Okada of Aiea. He is also survived by two grandchildren; numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.
