He was predeceased by: his wife Rosita "Sweetheart" Bufil; his daughters, Davelyn "Dave" Bufil and Patricia "Patti" Bufil-Dehmer; and his siblings, Edward "Eddie" Bufil and Carlina Ragual.
He is survived by: his daughters, Abigail Bufil of California and Francine Bufil-Uy (Randy) of California; and his sister Lourdes Baruela. He is also survived by six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
