With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nobuko Mimaki of Hilo, Hawaii, who passed away on December 12, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her daughter Mari Vermeer (Dale) of Hilo; her brother Les Ihara of Honolulu; her brother-in-law Raymond Mimaki (Violet) of Hawaii Kai, Oahu; and her grandchildren, Jensen Chang (Kammy) of Hawaii Kai, Ren Huelster (Mac) and Jade Chang of New York. She is also survived by six great-grandsons, one great-great-grandson, numerous nieces and nephews.
